Misha Coleman

Misha Coleman is leaving her role as CEO with Anglican Overseas Aid (AOA), effective 17 August.

The Chair of the AOA Board, Archdeacon Alison Taylor, said Ms Coleman’s contribution had been remarkable in the three years she had been with the organisation, formerly known as Anglicord.

“Misha initiated the successful Women Die Waiting campaign, a program that is saving the lives of Gazan women,”

Archdeacon Taylor said. “I would also like to congratulate Misha on overseeing an exciting period of growth both at home and overseas during her time with AOA.”

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Mitchell as the Interim CEO from 20 August to 20 November 2012. Mr Mitchell has a strong commitment to international aid and development, with broad experience of management and governance in the sector.

Mr Mitchell is a committed Christian and was recently Chief of Mission at World Vision Australia. He brings a wealth of experience, maturity and commitment to the Interim CEO role and we are very fortunate to have him join our dedicated team.

AOA’s Board is currently in the process of recruiting a permanent CEO.
