Over three days we gathered to worship, pray, listen, discern and explore together what God may be calling us to in this season of our shared life.

For the Harvest remains an 80% working draft. Rather than presenting a finished strategy, it represents the work completed so far and invites continued prayer, reflection and discernment as we seek God’s leading together.

The Diocesan Ministry Conference was an important milestone, but it is only one part of a longer journey of prayer, discernment and renewal.
Over the coming months, the work of For the harvest will continue through the following stages.
Diocesan Ministry Conference
Clergy and authorised lay ministers gather from across the Diocese to pray, listen, test and discern together.
Conference feedback is prayerfully reviewed, For the harvest is refined, and implementation planning continues.
Subject to the continuing discernment and governance process, implementation begins across the Diocese.
