Bishop Megan serves the Episcopal Area of Merri, which extends across central and northern Melbourne. 

Before becoming Bishop of Merri, she served as Vicar of St Philip’s Deep Creek and Archdeacon of Kew. Her ministry has included leading parish renewal and growth, school chaplaincy, cross-cultural ministry, and significant diocesan governance and strategic work. 

She brings an energetic, relational and inclusive approach to leadership, with particular commitments to clergy wellbeing, church growth and the long-term health of the Diocese. She works with the area’s archdeacons, clergy and lay leaders to support parish ministry and faithful engagement with its diverse communities.
